The following are unofficial
copies of old versions of the bylaws, and a work in progress to create
a current version for review by the board to be made available to the
membership for the 2010 annual meeting,
The work on the 2009 bylaws is to incorporate all previous
amendments and create a current and complete set of bylaws in a single
document..
Only amendments approved by the membership are allowed in the 2009 version
Changes, corrections, clarifications may be proposed as new amendments in the future
It may be appropriate to distribute the draft version of the 2009
bylaws to be ratified and supersede previous versions to make it
official.
The documents are in Word format. Please be careful that if you
"save as" to a different file name if you make any changes.
Only one person at a time can hold the version being edited to avoid forking
versions. Many people can work on separate pieces, but the changes must
ultimately come back to one new version. Mary Beth has been nominated.
Please coordinate proposed corrections with her.
The most current work in progress is at the end of the version list below.
I will try include electronic copies of the minutes of the annual
meetings for reference and review. A separate page will be
available later if there is interest in proposing future bylaw changes.
