Since
we're still in the process of SEPA review, we needed to continue
yesterday's hearing. The Council decided to continue it on Orcas
on March 15, at 10:00. We've have arranged to use the Senior
Center Multipurpose Room, which will hold 40 people.
I'll
send out the comments we receive early next week.
